Designed in 3D and made using molds.
The hamstring bench is produced by molding, also known as injection molding, this is the production method to make our hamstring benches. This involves injecting molten plastic into our mold to obtain the desired shape. This method offers several advantages, it has a high level of respect for the environment because it is an automated process, it generates less waste than some other production methods. This also allows us to keep our sales prices low.

The 3D design phase was our crucial step in the process of creating the hamstring bench. Here, our idea has been converted into virtual representations using specialized software and techniques. This phase included several key steps such as digital modeling, i.e. using 3D modeling software, the conceptual design was converted into an accurate and detailed digital model. This includes setting shapes, sizes, textures, and other properties (see video below).

Safety first.
Safety is of the utmost importance to us. This is crucial to ensuring the health and well-being of the person. Therefore, we always err on the side of caution and seem wise to act proactively to avoid potential problems such as breakage, even if the likelihood of this problem occurring seems low. Of course, we don't want a heavy person to slouch when sitting on the hamstring bench. Determining the weight capacity of the hamstring bench is essential to ensure its safety and durability. Measuring the load-bearing capacity provided insight into the load-bearing capacity of the structure and thus formed the basis for successful design and the right choice of materials. The results speak for themselves, the hamstring bench can support up to 400 kilos.

As the hamstring bench hangs on an elastic belt, you always have your hands free to work anywhere and safely with the hamstring bench.

The hamstring bench was designed in Antwerp
Known for its thriving fashion, design and diamond industries, Antwerp has built a reputation as a center of creativity and innovation. This made the city an important center for designers and artisans.

A hamstring bench, also known as a Positionman, is a useful tool for people who regularly work out the knee. It is designed to provide comfort and support while working, especially for those who have difficulty sitting on the floor for long periods of time. Here are some details and tips on hamstring benches:
Design: A hamstring bench consists of a flat seat and two legs. The seat is slightly inclined, which ensures a natural sitting position.
Material: Hamstring benches are made of plastic materials to achieve a lightweight result. It is important to have a comfortable and sturdy bench.
Dimensions: Hamstring benches come in a standard size. It is important to position the bench according to your hamstrings so that it adapts to your body shape and comfort level. Comfort: A hamstring bench creates a natural curve in your lower back, allowing you to sit comfortably without undue pressure on your knees or ankles.
Vary your posture: It is important to change position regularly to avoid overload. Get up occasionally, walk around and stretch your legs and back.
Maintenance: Take good care of your hamstring bench by keeping it clean and inspecting it for damage. Benefits: A hamstring bench can help maintain a comfortable and stable seated position, which can promote concentration and relaxation while working.
